Crunchy Chocolate -
One bar of baking chocolate
1/4 cup of butter
One tablespoon of cream of tartar
One tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 McVitie's Hobnobs oats biscuits (Or graham crackers)
Method:
Melt chocolate in a bowl surrounded by boiling water. (To prevent crusting)
Add butter and stir.
Add cream of tartar and vanilla extract. Stir.
Crumble the biscuits and sprinkle over chocolate. Mix well.
Pour mixture onto thin greased plate and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Break into pieces and eat.
Should be able to make 20 1"x1" pieces.

Came out with this myself during candy making time. Though truffles were too common to make, so since I had McVitie's oat biscuits with me, just tried my hand at it. Turned out quite well. The butter took the slight bitterness taste of the baking chocolate out. Maybe I should add honey and some raisins/almonds next time.
