Recipe: Plain Rockies (Biscuit)
Ingredients:
1 cup of All-purpose flour
1/3 cup of butter
1/3 cup of white sugar (caster sugar will be best)
1/5 cup of water
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Method:
Beat sugar and butter together to make a paste.
Preheat Oven.
Slowly add in flour and water a little bit at a time. Mix it properly till it becomes a dough.
Knead the dough well and flatten with a rolling pin.
Either use a biscuit cutter or just drop the dough on a greased baking pan.
Place pan inside oven and wait for 40 minutes or until Rockies are golden yellow.
Serving: 18-20 pieces
