Jim Morrison from The Doors
Watched a film based on the life of Jim Morrison, lead singer of legendary band The Doors.
The band is famous for its hypnotic tune and the vocals of Jim Morrison just lures a person into a trance. But guess what? It's not New Age music, but rock music. His looks doesn't hurt either...*winks*
The film was dramatised, obviously *roll eyes*, but stayed slightly true to the original life. Though it flared up the bad boy image of Jim Morrison, the real person had a softer sensitive and intelligent side to him that can be seen in some of his lyrics.
Show you guys something.

Guess which one is the fake Morrison from the movie and which one is the real Morrison? Should be quite obvious. BUT LOOK HOW ALIKE THEY ARE!!!
The actor for the film is Val Kilmer. And to my 'big' surprise, Val Kilmer looks almost like Heath Ledger, especially with Ledger's hair in 10 things I hate about you. Was laughing with Anna about it...Heath Ledger's pictures are below...

Similar yeah?
I'm quite sad at how a talented person like Morrison actually died so young from a heart attack. He was only 27 years old. A lot of people believes that he died from a drug overdose though, which would come as no surprise to anybody since he was perpetually on a HIGH and tripping whenever he's at a concert. Sort of...

Jim Morrison's Grave.
He's buried in the same cemetary as Oscar Wilder, believe it or not, in Paris. That cemetary in Paris has the most world famous people buried there...rather funny.
Morrison had an IQ of 146.
Intelligent, definitely.
But he followed Nietszche's philosophy too close, and that's the problem.
I'm so sad right now about Jim Morrison with all his talent dying at such a young age that I can't even start on my music assignment. Hah!
People's choices, Devil's twists.
